"My husband and I had the pleasure of staying in this resort, with our family. The location was great. Made it easy to walk into town, which we did every day. The resort does offer quite a few amenities. Because of the cold weather and humidity, the pool area and spa area were fairly wet, but the pool was a great size as well as the spa. "Some of the resort is due for updates but the bones are legit. Well cared for grounds and amenities. Pools were spotless and clean. We are fans of shuffleboard so that was a bonus. Tranquil setting and walkable to all the action."
"2 bedroom 1 bath backing up to the river. Its a cute space. Definitely aged BUT we do not have a single complaint. Pretty quiet. We do hear the 2nd floor occupants moving around. But its not terrible. Close enough to downtown Helen that its convenient but far enough that we miss the crowds. Only thing that I would change is the laundry situation. You have to take your laundry out to wash/dry it. We would def come back here."
